Has anybody heard anything about a lawsuit being filed in Phoenix against the developer of Playa Azul and the title company? I've heard that an attorney has filed such a suit in the U. S. because the judicial system in Mexico is so corrupt that the one that has been going on since December, 2005 is still not resolved. And not all of the Defendants in that suit have even been served! Please post if you have any knowledge.
